Job summary

S&H Farm Supply, Inc. is looking for an experienced Ag Diesel Mechanic to service a variety of agricultural equipment, including tractors, engines, and hydraulic systems. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to ensure peak equipment performance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Experience as a diesel mechanic or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on agricultural equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot problems.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
Communicate with team members and customers regarding repairs.
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
Some Saturdays and occasional overtime; pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check.
