Job summary

Playfly Sports is seeking a Sr. Fan Relations and Development Associate to join the Tulsa, OK team in a hybrid/remote capacity.

The role drives outbound donor outreach, ticketing initiatives, and donor engagement for athletic programs. Responsibilities include coordinating fundraising campaigns, managing premium seating programs, and advising donors on gift opportunities while supporting events and ticket operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sports ticket sales experience.
• 1 year of fundraising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in athletics fundraising or related field.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving creativity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate acquisition, advancement and retention of athletic club members with the marketing team.
• Create and manage annual giving initiatives and programs to drive donations.
• Manage the department’s premium seating programs.
• Advise donors on capital gift programs and build a prospect portfolio.
• Provide donor support by phone, email, and at events.
• Make outbound donor calls to secure donations and participate in game-day donor activities.
• Represent sales and donor programs at campus events and athletic events.
• Develop and communicate ticket sales strategies and donor programs throughout the year.
