Job summary

BONNEY WATSON seeks an experienced sales leader to coach and develop our Family Service Director team at Washington Memorial Park in Seattle. You will lead from the front, balance personal sales with coaching, and influence day-to-day performance while maintaining client relationships.

You will earn commission on personal production and help grow team results, with reduced personal production to allow leadership focus. This role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Previous management or direct supervisory experience is required.
• Funeral, cemetery or death-care experience is strongly preferred or related forms would be an advantage.
• Exceptional sales leader from another relationship-driven environment considered.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Family Service Directors (FSDs).
• Review pipelines, opportunities and follow-up.
• Reinforce sales processes and expectations.
• Help FSDs improve tours, presentations and closing.
• Lead sales huddles, roleplay and skill development.
• Observe appointments and provide coaching.
• Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding and training new FSDs.
