Job summary

Kids is seeking a compassionate Family Intervention Senior Practitioner to work with children aged 5-18 and their families across Suffolk and North-East Essex. You will manage your own caseload, deliver a range of one-to-one and group interventions, and collaborate with health, education and social care partners.

A commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and neurodiversity-affirming practice is essential. Driving licence and willingness to travel across Suffolk and Essex are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people with autism/ADHD.
• Experience working with parents and carers to build trust.
• Ability to assess needs and develop and review tailored support plans.
• Good safeguarding knowledge and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload across Suffolk and North-East Essex.
• Deliver one-to-one and group interventions for children and families.
• Lead or co-deliver workshops for families and professionals.
• Collaborate with health, education, social care and community services.
• Provide guidance and supervision to colleagues and volunteers.
