Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science (required).
Seven years of experience in workplace health and safety or PPE related roles.
Licensed Professional Engineer or CSP/CIH an asset.
Experience in the fall protection industry.

Responsibilities

Become a Fall Protection expert in the Global market, understanding products, applications and local/federal requirements.
Support global business initiatives, processes and cross-functional teams.
Engage with standard-setting organizations while representing 3M and driving strategic priorities.
Support US/Canada market with advanced technical guidance, opportunities, and key accounts.
Develop scholarly articles and technical content; deliver webinars/seminars; speak publicly to share knowledge.
