• 4 years of experience in marketing or sales for Assistant Product Line Manager.
• 5 years of experience in marketing or sales for Product Line Manager I.
• 7 years of experience in marketing or sales for Product Line Manager II.
• MBA or graduate degree may substitute up to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive global Fall Protection strategies.
• Serve on new product development teams.
• Gather voice of the customer input for development.
• Contribute to new business models supporting revenue streams.
• Work on marketing collateral planning and development.
• Strategically price products for sales maximization.
• Forecast revenue and unit plans for operations.
• Manage product recalls and field upgrades.
• Track and report product performance metrics.
