Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field preferred; hands-on experience encouraged.
• 6+ years in Failure Analysis or related Quality roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems and CDUs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and server hardware.
• Proficiency with Minitab for statistical analysis.
• Mandarin preferred for collaboration with Taiwan HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of product failures, defects, and customer quality issues.
• Identify root causes via troubleshooting, data analysis, tests, and failure analyses.
• Apply 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA methodologies.
• Develop failure analysis reports with findings and actions.
• Own issues from detection to resolution; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and suppliers.
• Verify effectiveness and containment of corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing: troubleshoot CDU products and related systems.
• Analyze quality trends and participate in NPI risk mitigation.
