• Develop and evolve a scalable planning framework spanning chips, networking, memory, capacity for boards and systems manufacturing.
• Ensure integrity of planning data inputs (BOMs, yields, cycle times) with owners.
• Accelerate time-to-market by reducing supply chain complexity and applying AI-driven planning methodologies.
• Manage and elevate direct reports, providing ongoing training and knowledge sharing.
