Qualifications

• 12+ years of semiconductor operations experience in Supply Planning / Supply Chain.
• 8+ years of leading teams with direct reports.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, organizational and quantitative skills.
• Ability to balance vital details with big-picture decisions for senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SAP, SAP APO, IBP, Windchill and advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dynamic team of operations supply planners.
• Serve as a key liaison among Operations, Engineering and Business Units to set priorities and supply strategies.
• Own supply commitments for multiple advanced packaging products to meet customer and revenue goals.
• Present supply challenges to management and recommend resolutions including capacity and material investments.
• Develop optimized production schedules across products and SKUs considering die and material constraints.
• Influence decisions on HBMs, interposers, substrates and other materials to support build plans.
• Collaborate with wafer planning, data center planning and BU reps to align supply strategies.
• Address wafer supply vs FG build plan alignment and capacity or material gaps.
• Determine trade-off options with internal partners for optimal plans.
• Support ramp plans for products from early sampling to high-volume production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and supplier collaboration for performance metrics.
