Job summary

Settle, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Factoring Underwriter & Credit Specialist with hands‑on expertise in A/R factoring.

You will lead credit evaluation, risk structuring, and day‑to‑day portfolio oversight for high‑growth e‑commerce, CPG, and B2B wholesale clients, focusing on debtor creditworthiness and invoice verification. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Risk teams to automate workflows, manage dilutions, UCC filings, and lien perfection, and leverage AI tools

Qualifications

3+ years of direct commercial A/R factoring underwriting experience (recourse or non-recourse).
Ability to read complex UCC lien search reports and structure releases/subordination under UCC Article 9.
Experience with debtor credit underwriting and setting debtor credit lines.

Responsibilities

Underwrite prospective client factoring facilities and establish credit limits using agency reports and financial data.
Interpret UCC lien searches and coordinate perfection actions (noa, releases, intercreditor deeds).
Review invoices, PO, bills of lading, and POD for funding; assess concentration and aging trends.
