Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years in professional trade or military, supervisory preferred.
• Hands-on electrical, mechanical and/or plumbing experience.
• Ability to read diagrams, sketches, manuals and specs.
• Knowledge of relay logic, ladder diagrams, motors, sensors and drives.
• Experience with PLC and CNC troubleshooting.
• Understand electrical safety practices including LTT and arc-flash.
• Prior preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for assembling racks, carts and benches.
• Able to prioritize work and work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility-wide repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical systems including outlets, fixtures, and circuits.
• Repair plumbing systems such as faucets, drains, toilets, and air lines.
• Work with copper, PVC/CPVC, and PEX piping.
• Maintain conveyors, pallet jacks, motors and pneumatic systems.
• Complete carpentry including framing and door/window work.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Analyze recurring failures and recommend improvements.
• Support general facility needs including painting and signage.
