Job summary

Resonant is seeking a Senior Facility Specialist to join the Kriftel, Germany team. You will own maintenance and compliance for HVAC, electrical systems, and critical utilities within GLP/GxP-regulated facilities to ensure audit readiness.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with external vendors, and drive improvements in safety, cost efficiency, and performance while mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Technical education or degree in a relevant building/engineering field.
• Experience with facility maintenance in regulated environments (GxP/GLP/ISO).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical infra, and critical utilities.

Responsibilities

• Own facility systems including HVAC, electrical infrastructure, and critical utilities.
• Plan and lead preventive and corrective maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GLP/GxP/ISO and audit readiness.
• Coordinate vendors, manage projects, and document activities.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement sustainable fixes.
• Mentor junior staff and support cross-functional teams.
• Support cost-control initiatives and on-call coverage as needed.
