Job summary

AV Inc. is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage and coordinate industrial security programs in a high tempo environment. You will ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICDs and DoD requirements, maintain clearance documentation, and support HR/Contracts teams with security guidance.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, FSO certification, and 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. ITAR/EAR considerations apply to this position.

Qualifications

• Top Secret level clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Experience with ICD705 and secure builds.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in security.
• FSO certification and DoD security process knowledge.
• Ability to guide employees on security policies and PDs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security documentation to DCSA requirements.
• Manage Facility Security Clearance and DD-254s.
• Develop and implement security SOPs and plans.
• Provide security briefings and debriefings for staff.
• Ensure classification guides and documentation controls are in place.
• Support HR, Contracts, and Proposal teams on security matters.
• Coordinate security education programs and audits.
