Job summary

AV Inc. is seeking a Facility Security Officer to manage and coordinate industrial security programs, ensuring compliance with government policies and maintaining security documentation including clearances and suitability rosters.

The role supports HR, contracts, and proposal teams, performs annual security training, and interfaces with DCSA and other agencies to maintain a strong security posture. The ideal candidate holds TS clearance with DoD/IC experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
• DCSA FSO Certification.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in security.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DCIDS, ICDs, and EO requirements.
• Guidance on handling PII and information assurance.
• Experience with DISS, NISS, NBIS, and eAPP.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security documentation per DCSA requirements.
• Maintain FCL documentation and submissions per DCSA.
• Manage DD-254s and sub-DD254s.
• Support SOPs, SPs, and emergency action plans.
• Coordinate with government agencies for rulings and deviations.
• Provide security briefings and debriefings; report incidents.
• Maintain classified holdings and transmittals per NISPOM.
