Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Facilities Security Officer to implement and manage the organization’s security program under NISP and DCSA requirements. You will ensure compliance with personnel, physical, and information security for classified contracts.

Responsibilities include audits, SOP updates, coordination with DCSA and government customers, and DoD cybersecurity alignment with ISSM/ISSO standards. Requires current Secret clearance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to sensitive customer requirements.
• High school diploma with 13 years experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in industrial security or equivalent.
• Current Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred depending on contract needs.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with government agencies and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the organization’s industrial security program as required by NISPOM.
• Oversee personnel security processes including clearance initiation and reporting.
• Conduct self-inspections, security audits, and internal reviews for compliance.
• Develop and update SOPs, security plans, and incident response processes.
• Coordinate with DCSA, government customers, and leadership on classified contracts.
