Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) in Herndon, Virginia to oversee all aspects of facility and personnel security for a federal contractor environment, including FOCI mitigation, audits, and reporting.

You will interact with government agencies, auditors, and executives to ensure compliance with NISPOM, SEAD 3, and related requirements. The role requires extensive experience with clearances, DD254s, insider threat programs, and DD254 management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in facility and personnel security in a federal contractor environment.
• Minimum 5 years with 32 CFR Part 117, SEAD 3, DISS/NBIS, and NISS.
• Minimum 5 years preparing DD254s and managing insider threat programs.
• Active Security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI).

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel clearances and suitability processing across DISS/NBIS and related systems.
• Coordinate visit requests for DoD and other agencies and maintain records.
• Lead self-inspections and maintain DD254 tracking and related documentation.
• Execute SEAD 3 reporting and Insider Threat program administration.
• Develop, review, and update Security Standard Procedures and Insider Threat Plan.
• Coordinate facility clearances for subcontractors and liaise with DCSA.
