Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Industrial Security professional to oversee complex security operations in a cleared contractor environment. The role focuses on managing facility and personnel security requirements, ensuring government regulatory compliance, and serving as a trusted resource to employees and leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD/IC program experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to independently manage security requirements in high-stakes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in industrial security or a comparable security leadership role.
• Extensive experience supporting special access and industrial security operations for the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
• Experience serving as a Facility Security Officer (FSO).
• Professional experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial security programs in compliance with NISPOM and applicable government security requirements.
• Oversee facility and personnel security requirements for classified programs.
• Administer clearance processing, access management, visit requests, security briefings, and debriefings.
• Review and support DD254s, contract security requirements, and program-specific security obligations.
• Prepare for and support government security inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Develop and maintain security procedures, documentation, records, and training programs.
• Coordinate with government security representatives, program leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliant classified facilities and secure operating environments.
• Support the implementation of OPSEC procedures and the protection of sensitive government information.
