Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an experienced Industrial Security leader to oversee security operations in a cleared contractor environment. You will manage facility and personnel security for classified programs and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial security or a comparable security leadership role.
• Extensive experience supporting special access and industrial security operations for the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Experience serving as a Facility Security Officer (FSO).
• Professional experience as a CSSO or CPSO.
• Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, EO, and SEADs.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial security programs in compliance with NISPOM and applicable government security requirements.
• Oversee facility and personnel security requirements for classified programs.
• Administer clearance processing, access management, visit requests, security briefings, and debriefings.
• Review and support DD254s, contract security requirements, and program-specific security obligations.
• Prepare for and support government security inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Develop and maintain security procedures, documentation, records, and training programs.
• Coordinate with government security representatives, program leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliant classified facilities and secure operating environments.
• Support the implementation of OPSEC procedures and the protection of sensitive government information.

This individual will manage facility and personnel security requirements, ensure compliance with government regulations, and serve as a trusted resource to employees, leadership, and government security partners.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community programs, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to independently manage security requirements in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage industrial security programs in compliance with NISPOM and applicable government security requirements.
• Oversee facility and personnel security requirements for classified programs.
• Administer clearance processing, access management, visit requests, security briefings, and debriefings.
• Review and support DD254s, contract security requirements, and program-specific security obligations.

• Experience serving as a Facility Security Officer (FSO).
• Professional experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).
• Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), applicable Executive Orders, and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs).
• Significant experience with security systems and databases, including DISS, NBIS, NISS, SWFT, and e-QIP/eApp.
• Working knowledge of Operations Security (OPSEC) and the protection of sensitive government information, including FOUO and CUI.
• Active Top Secret security clearance, SCI eligibility
• Bachelors degree in criminal justice, business administration, information systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional memberships or active involvement in organizations such as NCMS, ISWG, or similar security industry associations.
• Experience with ICD 503 and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Masters degree in criminal justice, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Active Polygraph Clearance
