Job summary

ESAero in San Luis Obispo, CA seeks an Industrial Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage DoD and government security programs in a high-tempo environment. You will support personnel security clearances, maintain classifed documents, and ensure compliance with NISPOM and ICD requirements.

The ideal candidate has Top Secret clearance, DCSA FSO certification, and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Top Secret level security clearance is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• DCSA Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certification.
• Knowledge of the government security and information assurance processes.
• Experience implementing the NISPOM, DCIDS, ICDs, and Executive Orders.
• Guidance on personnel security per adjudicative guidelines.
• Experience with protection of PII.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all security documentation and files per DCSA requirements.
• Maintain FCL documentation and submission per DCSA requirements.
• Manage and maintain DD-254s and sub-DD254s.
• Develop and implement SOPs, SPPs, and Emergency Action Plans.
• Coordinate security classifications and processes with government agencies.
• Provide security briefings and conduct debriefings for personnel.
