Under the U.S. Army INSCOM GILE program, Team V2X provides engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, integration of new technologies, portal management, hardware design, network management, technology development, and logistics support to INSCOM, ARCYBER, Army Intelligence, Joint Forces, Combatant Commands, and the IC. We enable INSCOM's mission to anticipate requirements and employ innovative techniques to support Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities globally.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and operate a SCIF within a comprehensive Security Program, including maintaining security clearances, facilities, and personnel access.
• Coordinate and monitor security aspects of DoD, DOE, or other industrial security programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct security briefings and education programs.
• Investigate security violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Update inventories of SCI materials.
• Implement security procedures, checklists, and practices for SCI, including document preparation and destruction.
• Interface with Government SSO for security inspections and processes.
• Manage security clearance paperwork and documentation.
• Oversee physical security of facilities, equipment, and documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing information security policies.
• Deploy internationally for quick reaction technical support and contingency missions.
• Assist with contractor oversight during repair or renovation projects.
• Prepare SCIF accreditation documentation.
• Supervise junior security personnel.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, or
• High School diploma with 14 years of experience and DSS FSO certification supporting SCI security activities.

Security Clearance:

• US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance (Tier 5 Background Investigation) and SCI access eligibility per ICD 704.
• Some roles may require a CI Scope Polygraph, especially for TDN2 access.

Experience / Skills:

• Deep knowledge of DoD or industrial security programs and regulations.
• Ability to instruct others on security procedures and requirements.
• Working knowledge of relevant DoD and government security manuals and regulations.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
