Program Details: Under the U.S. Army INSCOM GILE program, Team V2X provides global engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, including integration of new technologies, portal management, hardware design, network management, and logistics support. We enable INSCOM’s mission to anticipate requirements and employ innovative techniques to support Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities worldwide.

This position is contingent upon contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

1. Establish, maintain, and operate a SCIF as a Sr. Facility Security Officer, ensuring a comprehensive worldwide Security Program.
2. Maintain security clearances, facilities, personnel, and access lists.
3. Coordinate and monitor sensitive aspects of security programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
4. Conduct security briefings and education programs.
5. Investigate security violations and recommend corrective actions.
6. Update inventories of SCI materials.
7. Implement security procedures, checklists, and process controls for SCI, including document preparation and destruction.
8. Interface with the Government SSO for processes and inspections.
9. Manage security clearance paperwork and SCI screening processes.
10. Oversee physical security of facilities, equipment, and documentation.
11. Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
12. Deploy to other countries or theaters for technical support and contingency missions.
13. Assist with oversight or escort for contractors on repair or renovation projects.
14. Prepare SCIF accreditations.
15. Supervise junior security personnel.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience, OR
• High School diploma with 14 years of related experience and DSS FSO certification supporting SCI facilities and personnel security.

Security Clearance:

• Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance (TIER 5 Background Investigation) and eligibility for SCI access per ICD 704.
• Some roles may require a CI Scope Polygraph, especially for access to TDN2.

Experience / Skills:

• Deep knowledge of DOD or other industrial security programs and regulations.
• Ability to instruct others in security procedures and requirements.
• Working knowledge of DoD and government security manuals and regulations.
• Knowledge of armed services security regulations (e.g., AR 380-40, AR 380-5, AR 190-13).
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
