Qualifications

Overview

Under the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) GILE program, Team V2X provides global engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, along with integration of new technologies, portal management, hardware design, network management, and logistics support. Our mission is to support INSCOM's efforts in readiness and innovation, enabling tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units worldwide.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sr. Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive worldwide Security Program for a SCIF, including managing security clearances and access.
• Coordinate and monitor sensitive aspects of DoD, DOE, or other industrial security programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct security briefings and education programs, investigate security violations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain inventories of SCI materials, implement security procedures, and interface with Government SSO for inspections.
• Manage physical security of facilities, assist with policy development, and prepare SCIF accreditations.
• Be available to deploy internationally to support U.S. forces and missions in potentially hazardous environments.
• Oversee or escort contractors during repair or renovation projects and supervise junior security personnel.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience, OR
• High School diploma with 14 years of related experience and DSS FSO certification supporting SCI facilities and personnel security activities.

Security Clearance:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based on TIER 5 Background Investigation and eligibility for SCI access per ICD 704. Some roles may require a CI Scope Polygraph.

Experience / Skills:

• Deep knowledge of DOD or government security programs and regulations.
• Ability to instruct others on security procedures and protocols.
• Working knowledge of relevant DoD and industrial security manuals and regulations.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
