Qualifications

Overview

Under the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) GILE program, Team V2X provides engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, along with integration of new technologies, portal management, hardware design, network management, and logistics support to various military and intelligence entities worldwide.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with limited supervision, liaising with subcontractors, and assisting with security process development and resolution.
• Establish, maintain, and operate a SCIF within a comprehensive Security Program.
• Monitor compliance with DoD or other security policies and procedures.
• Conduct security briefings and education programs.
• Investigate security violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Update inventories of SCI materials.
• Implement security procedures and prepare related documentation.
• Coordinate with the Government SSO for security inspections and processes.
• Process personnel security clearance submissions.
• Assist in managing physical security of facilities and documentation.
• Deploy internationally for technical support in hazardous environments as needed.
• Provide timely and quality support to INSCOM and related clients.
• Assist in oversight or escort for contractors during repair or renovation projects.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7-9 years of related experience.

Security Clearance Requirement:

• Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance (TIER 5 Background Investigation) and eligibility for SCI access per ICD 704.
• Some roles may require a CI Scope Polygraph, especially for access to TDN2.

Experience / Skills:

• Knowledge of DOD or government security programs and manuals.
• Ability to instruct others on security procedures.
• Working knowledge of relevant DoD security regulations and manuals.
