Job summary

Weee! is seeking a Facility Manager in Clifton, NJ to oversee the built environment, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency across multiple sites. You will manage HVAC and other facility systems, lead the maintenance and security teams, and coordinate energy and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold OSHA, EPA and site safety standards and codes at both sites.
• Own fire and life safety systems and testing.
• Manage OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Program compliance for ammonia facilities.
• Lead safety documentation and HazMat readiness.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and life-cycle programs for HVAC and facility systems.
• Manage PIT programs: daily safety checks, maintenance, and training.
• Coordinate ammonia refrigeration and glycol cooler system compliance and PM scheduling.
• Lead security and maintenance teams across multiple sites.
• Respond to alarms, failures, and emergencies, including off-hours.
• Procure bids, negotiate contracts, and manage service providers; monitor budgets.
