Weee! is seeking a Safety Supervisor to oversee safety protocols in Clifton, NJ, ensuring a safe workplace and reducing risk. You will report to the HQ EHS Manager and implement critical safety processes company-wide.

Key duties include enforcing policies, conducting risk assessments, training staff, auditing practices, investigating incidents, and maintaining records across industrial and warehouse settings. Onsite role with strong focus on regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in an environmental health and safety role.
• OSHA 10-Hour General Industry or Construction certificate.
• Experience with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, DOT requirements.
• Strong training, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with powered industrial trucks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI and state requirements.
• Provide safety training content and implement safety programs.
• Coach employees and supervisors in safe practices.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and recordkeeping.
• Support safety committees and site safety goals.
• Work across industrial/warehouse environments with PPE requirements.
• Enforce policies and maintain safety documentation.
