Job summary

Old National Bank seeks a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation through closeout. You will collaborate with stakeholders, facility managers, consultants, and contractors to align objectives with operational needs.

The role requires 3–7 years of PM experience in commercial settings, travel to project sites, and the ability to manage budgets, procurements, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of construction PM experience in commercial settings.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Experience reading contracts, schedules, drawings and specs.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned construction projects end-to-end.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, resources, procurement strategies, and timelines.
• Collaborate with leaders, facility managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Review designs and drawings to ensure compliance with standards and scope.
• Oversee procurement, bid evaluations, vendor selection, and contract coordination.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost control activities.
• Conduct site inspections to verify progress and safety compliance.
• Maintain project records and facilitate meetings and updates.
