Job summary

You will lead project management for building construction, renovations, and office-space planning across multiple Louisville and Kentucky sites, managing scope, schedule, and budget throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Project Management, Building Engineering and Construction experience.
• Experience with budget and scheduling software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Manager software).
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations for major design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, manage, and implement all work for the project portfolio throughout the life cycle.
• Coordinate with internal end-users to develop scopes of work and leverage resources (design consultants and contractors).
• Monitor contractor performance and outputs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; monitor status and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead cost estimates, cash flows, and final project cost variances.
• Promote inter-departmental communication and timely project reporting.
• Ensure timely procurement of high-quality materials and services.
• Support project close-out with documentation including as-builts and warranty info.
