• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years experience with project management, contract management, and/or construction management responsibilities.
• Experience in project budgeting, project cost control, project scheduling, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a portfolio of LG&E and KU capital projects.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with project controls, contractors, and leadership.
• Oversee contract administration and change management.
• Maintain communication with upper management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams; enforce governance and standards.
• Prepare and manage project plans, risk registers and status reporting.
