Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a senior Facility Operations & Planning Manager 3 for Roy, UT. Lead divisional facility operations, manage CapEx projects, oversee budget and planning, and coordinate with Sentinel program teams. This role requires a US Secret clearance and 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience; Master’s with 6 years; in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of related experience.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance with the ability to attain Special Program Access.
• Experience managing large-scale and diverse portfolio of investments.
• Experience managing project budgets and preparing requests, making recommendations, and tracking expenditures and performance against plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide variety of site projects from initial concept development through implementation.
• Support all site mission requirements such as design engineering, manufacturing, and critical HW shipment.
• Develop, monitor, and status the preparation of site plans, statements of work, purchase orders, MOAs, IWOs, operating budgets, capital projects, and Facilities overhead.
• Develop and track budgets, forecasts, estimates-to-complete, and variance reporting.
• Familiarity with construction projects, facilities drawings, and building/design layouts.
• Interface regularly with Sentinel (GBSD) and functional organizations to drive a collaborative team environment across all levels.
