Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, Utah, is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between projects and stakeholders, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will develop and maintain comprehensive plans, manage schedules and costs, assess risks, and communicate effectively across teams, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; 0 Years with Masters or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.).
• Experience in project management/ execution and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between projects and stakeholders, reviewing status and managing schedules.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including WBS, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with standards such as Earned Value Management.
