Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Recreation, Sports and Tourism or related field.
• At least 3 years of facility operations education, training, and/or work experience.
• Demonstrated experience supervising student staff in a higher education setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational management of Facility Operations staff.
• Develop training materials for student staff and educate patrons on safety.
• Manage bookings, scheduling and inventory systems (Connect2 and Fusion Portal).
• Collaborate with Event Management and Intramural Sports to coordinate events.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Monitor compliance with policy and safety procedures.
