Avenues Recovery Center is seeking an experienced administrator to lead daily operations, HR/payroll, and admissions across our Virginia location. The role emphasizes strong leadership, staffing oversight, and adherence to accreditation standards to support high-quality addiction treatment services.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration and at least one year of industry experience, with recovery-oriented values and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred
• Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred; if in recovery, sobriety required
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Aufgaben

• Provide complete executive leadership to facility operations, profitability, and morale
• Address staffing: hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll
• Drive admissions and census management
• Oversee admissions and discharge processes
• Conduct weekly reviews for efficiency and accountability
• Manage daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
• Maintain relationships with external business contacts
• Ensure compliance with federal and state accreditation requirements
