The role emphasizes strong leadership, staffing oversight, and adherence to accreditation standards to support high-quality addiction treatment services.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration and at least one year of industry experience, with recovery-oriented values and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred
Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred; if in recovery, sobriety required

Responsibilities

Provide complete executive leadership to facility operations, profitability, and morale
Address staffing: hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll
Drive admissions and census management
Oversee admissions and discharge processes
Conduct weekly reviews for efficiency and accountability
Manage daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
Maintain relationships with external business contacts
Ensure compliance with federal and state accreditation requirements

Now Hiring a seasoned administrator with experience in HR, payroll, Joint Commission or CARF accreditation and developing/implementing processes. Experience in residential care, SUD or psych is a plus.

What You'll Do

Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting, etc.
Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR function
Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management
Oversee all aspects of admissions and discharge process
Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency and accountability
Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
Maintain professional relationships with all external business contacts
Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred
Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
