Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a Facility Manager to provide senior-level technical coordination and management of facility project activities. The role oversees operational aspects of ongoing facility projects and ensures integrated support to NASIC mission operations.

The position is contingent upon contract award and is on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. The candidate must be a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance and have extensive experience in facility management and project

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in facility management, facility project management, or related area.
• Significant experience managing complex facility portfolios or projects, preferably in DoD or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of facility projects across planning and execution phases.
• Review project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare status reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, line managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and addressing performance risks.
• Support integration of facility management with logistics, operations, and mission requirements.
• Provide guidance to facility and project support staff.
