Responsibilities

• Oversee management of assigned sites within the account-owned/occupied portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Lead a team of Facility Management professionals.
• Manage staff performance and development plans.
• Interface with landlords to ensure contract compliance and tenant relations.
• Coordinate facility services according to policies and procedures.
• Prepare, submit, and manage facility budgets and variances.
• Support collection of management fees and reimbursements from tenants.
• Drive staff development and compensation planning.
