Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance following schedules to ensure safety and function.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures and documents findings.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and ensures timely, quality completion.
• Orders parts, tracks inventory and repair expenses, and manages work orders.
• Records purchases and prepares maintenance reports for budgets.
• Responds to emergencies and ensures compliance with safety and regulations.
