Job summary

Walmart seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Victoria, TX to perform preventive maintenance, inspect and repair facilities, equipment, and fixtures, and document activities. You will follow established schedules, diagnose issues from blueprints or manuals, and coordinate with contractors to keep operations safe and compliant.

You will lead and train junior Technicians on safety, control troubleshooting, and system operations, while managing work orders, parts inventory, and vendor

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification or 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, MHE, or related area.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, repair, and troubleshoot issues; document activities.
• Lead and train Technicians; supervise work on sites.
