Job summary

You will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with contractors, and ensure high standards of quality and safety across all work performed on-site.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within 5 years.
• No preventable accidents in last 3 years while operating a commercial vehicle.
• No serious traffic violations in last 3 years.
• Experience in maintenance or related trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of facilities and equipment.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities and equipment; documents wear and tear.
• Leads and participates in teams; assigns work scopes and mentors less-experienced associates.
• Responds to emergency calls and performs on-site repairs; ensures work meets safety and code requirements.
• Maintains inventory, schedules maintenance, and coordinates with contractors.
