Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Associate Senior to keep our Greenfield, IN facility clean, safe, and in good working order. You will perform heavy cleaning, routine maintenance, and promptly notify management of repairs while coordinating workload needs and downtime for repairs.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, with preferred background in warehouse or distribution center maintenance and conveyors/power equipment.

Qualifications

• High school education, or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of Maintenance experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years experience in Warehouse or Distribution Center Maintenance.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience with Conveyors and Powered Industrial Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, landscaping, janitorial duties, pest control, drywall patching, concrete patching, and power washing.
• Adhere to and perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair all Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Monitor fire safety systems and respond to customer requests.
• Coordinate workload changes and communicate downtime for repairs.
• Escalate issues to support Operations as needed.
• Supervise maintenance personnel workload during shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
