Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services in Greenfield, Indiana, is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Associate for the 2nd shift. You will perform heavy cleaning, maintenance tasks, and routine facility upkeep to keep the building in clean, working order.

You will coordinate with operations, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor safety systems, and support load changes as needed. The role requires a high school diploma and several years of maintenance experience, with preferred DC/warehouse exposure and conveyor

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years experience in Warehouse or Distribution Center Maintenance.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience with Conveyors and Powered Industrial Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance responsibilities such as painting, landscaping, janitorial duties, pest control, drywall patching, concrete patching, and power washing.
• Adhere to and perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair all Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Monitor all Fire Safety Systems throughout facility and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Proactively coordinate and communicate workload deviations from plan.
• Communicate anticipated downtime to operations when repairs are required.
• Escalate issues to support maintenance and operations as needed.
• Continually monitor workload for maintenance personnel across the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
