Hill Valley Healthcare in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our healthcare facility, implement preventive and corrective programs, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

You will coordinate with other departments, manage budgets and reports, develop policies, and supervise maintenance tasks to uphold high standards and minimize disruptions to resident care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance job.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, expenses, and budgets.
• Maintain building compliance with codes and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance work to avoid disruptions to resident care.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Supervise and oversee all maintenance tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
