You'll lead projects, solve complex technical problems, and coach colleagues, contributing to safer, smarter operations in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of repair and maintenance engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical specifications and review designs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to improve equipment availability and reliability.
• Review specs and support maintainability and reliability of equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with production schedules with minimal disruption.
• Lead projects and coach junior engineers.
