Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Maintenance Operations Leader to guide maintenance for equipment, facilities, and production lines, ensuring reliability and cost efficiency. You will lead a skilled team and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will collaborate with engineering on new lines, manage the maintenance budget, and uphold safety and environmental standards while developing a high-performing team and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and some weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP ERP and Kronos timekeeping.
• Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint.
