The Senior Facility Design Manager is a key representative of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Facilities Design Business Class within an office. The O&M Facilities Design team provides facility programming, planning, functional design, and equipment industrial design as part of multi-discipline design teams. The Senior Facility Design Manager/Region Lead must demonstrate the ability to manage local staff and to be a team player within a globally recognized leader in the field.
This individual is responsible for overall project and office resource management, including budget and schedule control, communications, client, consultant, and vendor relations for all work delivered by O&M Facilities Design staff. They oversee reviews and approve all phases of facility-related projects from start to finish and often lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
