We are seeking a Senior Facility Coordinator, Key Accounts to join our Managed Services department. You will support one or more customers as their primary contact, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using ServiceChannel’s platform. Each interaction should be handled professionally and knowledgeably to support our customers' facility needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
  3. Proactive Support: Anticipate customer needs and address potential issues proactively.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track customer usage and satisfaction metrics to maximize value.
  5. Best Practices: Share best practices with customers and providers on ServiceChannel applications.
  6. System Issue Identification: Identify and report system issues for resolution.
  7. Cost-Saving Reviews: Review work order requests for cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Special Project Assistance: Support customer-facing initiatives and special projects.
  9. Emergency Work Order Monitoring: Ensure timely communication and resolution of emergency work orders.
  10. Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct reviews to discuss performance and improvements.
  11. Operations Meetings: Hold regular meetings with customers to review activities.
  12. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to support initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years in facilities work order management (e.g., Restaurant, Hospitality, Medical, Retail).
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management and customer success practices.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and address issues promptly.
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to feedback.
  • Ability to work independently remotely with good attendance and punctuality.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible schedule starting at 8 AM EST, with occasional evening or weekend work.
  • Comfortable on camera for remote meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

This position offers a bonus and a salary range of 56,900.00 - 105,700.00 in local currency.
