HeartShare Wellness LTD is seeking a Facilities Technician II in New York to repair and maintain our facilities, ensuring safe, clean, and durable environments for residents and staff. You will diagnose issues independently and perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include leading work orders, coordinating with vendors, managing tools and petty cash, and maintaining safety protocols and OSHA-related training

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance work in nonprofit or healthcare settings.
• Proven ability to diagnose and complete repairs with minimal supervision.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.

• Maintain and repair interior and exterior facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Lead and complete work orders with minimal supervision and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain petty cash, vehicle and tool inventory, and ensure safety and compliance.
