Job summary

HeartShare is seeking a Facilities Technician II to repair and maintain HeartShare facilities, both interiors and exteriors, ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance with codes. You will perform drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical work and operate floor cleaners, power washers, and snow removal equipment.

Responsibilities include leading work orders in WorxHub, coordinating with vendors, maintaining tool and vehicle inventory, and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting.
• NYS Driver’s License required; OSHA 10 certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior/exterior of residences and grounds, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Perform repairs: drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Operate floor cleaners, power washers, snow removal equipment; complete work orders independently.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory; report hazards to supervisor.
