Job summary

T1 Energy is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technician III to lead and support advanced maintenance operations at our Wilmer, Texas campus. Under limited supervision, you will diagnose complex system issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior technicians.

You will manage preventive and predictive programs, coordinate contractors, analyze data to boost uptime, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with engineering, production and EHS teams.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities in facilities systems.
• Experience with facility maintenance in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Mentor Facilities Technicians I and II.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance or installation work.
• Analyze equipment performance data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Support capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and update SOPs and maintenance documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support audits and inspections and ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and EHS teams.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and on-call needs.
• Drive continuous improvement across facility systems.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
