Mentoring technicians and guiding maintenance strategy are key parts of the job.

The Senior Technician collaborates with peers to optimize equipment uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting plant operations and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial maintenance/millwright experience.
• Millwright/industrial mechanical background required.
• NCCER certification would be a plus.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver License required.
• Ability to obtain Respiratory Protection and Confined-Space Entry certifications within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to maximize uptime.
• Perform preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance.
• Lead root-cause analyses for repeating issues.
• Provide technical support during commissioning/startup of new equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance scheduling across departments.
• Mentor junior technicians and document calibration and work orders.
