The Senior Technician collaborates with peers to optimize equipment uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting plant operations and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of industrial maintenance/millwright experience.
- Millwright/industrial mechanical background required.
- NCCER certification would be a plus.
- Valid Texas Class C Driver License required.
- Ability to obtain Respiratory Protection and Confined-Space Entry certifications within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to maximize uptime.
- Perform preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance.
- Lead root-cause analyses for repeating issues.
- Provide technical support during commissioning/startup of new equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance scheduling across departments.
- Mentor junior technicians and document calibration and work orders.
