Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of plant electrical systems.
• Provide hands-on training to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
• Assess facility and equipment; recommend upgrades and preventative strategies.
• Support small capital improvements and ongoing operations & maintenance projects.
• Oversee external vendors to ensure compliance with T1 Energy policies and codes.
• Perform electrical wiring, testing, and maintenance of environmental and life safety systems.
